I recently had a fantastic stay at Resort & Spa in the beautiful Tatras region. the hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator and a safe. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the highlight for me was the amazing sauna, which had both dry and 50% humidity options. the swimming pool was also great, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. a wonderful stay with a convenient location.

I always stay at this amazing place in Bialy Dunajec. The staff once helped me find my lost earring. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, indoor pool, game room, massage treatments, skiing. Perfect for my business trips. No regrets!

This place is perfect for a holiday! It's located near two great ski resorts, Bialka and Zakopane, so you can easily hit the slopes. The hotel even has a sauna shower, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. And the best part? The rooms have a fantastic view of the Tatra mountains from the window, so you can enjoy the beauty of nature right from your bed. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful, ensuring you have a great stay.

The dinner experience was a bit underwhelming, with poorly prepared and dry meat.

The room I stayed in had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower, which was perfect for my needs. There was a seating area in some of the rooms, which was great for relaxing after a long day. I loved the terrace in the twin/double room, it had amazing mountain views that made me feel at peace. The triple room had a balcony with breathtaking mountain views, it was my favorite spot to unwind. The suite I stayed in had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it felt like a home away from home. The triple room also had a carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV, which added a cozy touch. I appreciated that the twin/double room provided a safe deposit box for my valuables. The heating in the triple room kept me warm and comfortable throughout my stay. The suite also had a tea and coffee maker, so I could enjoy a hot drink whenever I wanted. The living room in the suite was spacious and inviting, perfect for hanging out with friends.

Personally, I would have liked a bathtub in the bathroom, but that's just my preference.

Warm service, lots to do for kids, enjoyable spa, nice breakfast, amazing view, friendly and helpful staff.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. De locatie was perfect, want we konden Old Town en het balveld gemakkelijk te voet bereiken. Gelukkig waren we blij dat we ons bed direct naast onze slaapkamer hadden, het voelde erg privé en comfortabel. Natuurlijk waren er veel restaurants in de buurt waar we kunnen genieten van een lekker diner. De kamer was groot met een aparte badkamer en wasruimte, en alles was erg schoon. Het enige negatieve puntje was dat er geen koffiezetapparaat op de kamer was.

We spent hours playing ping pong and pool, challenging each other and having a great time together. It was a fun and exciting space for the whole family to enjoy.

My kids wished there were more outdoor activities available.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a week-long vacation. The food at the resort was absolutely incredible, especially the local specialties like cheeses and sausages. The swimming pool with its stunning view was fantastic, and I enjoyed spending time there. The receptionist and other staff members were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel offered a beautiful view from the balcony, and the large and nice pool was a great feature. The breakfast provided was also very good, and I appreciated having a fridge in my room with daily replenishment of mineral water.

I can just recommend this hotel.

We had so much fun playing table tennis and billiards with our friends. The facilities were cool, and we couldn't get enough of the friendly competition. The hotel was also in a great location, surrounded by beautiful views. We had the best time bonding and enjoying these awesome activities together. Can't wait to come back!

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be more options for young party-goers. While the resort had a lot of great amenities, we thought it would be even more amazing if there were more activities tailored specifically for young people looking to have a good time.

I always choose this place for my stay. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Indoor swimming pool, Game room. The staff gave me great taxi tip on my first visit. Coming back soon!
